Adopt it at a general meeting

The notice period comes from the rules the society already has, not from the new constitution — it is not in force until members adopt it. Record the resolution; an amendment has to reach the Registrar within 25 days of member approval.

Wait out the objection period
About 4 weeks

Once the Registrar is satisfied, the restoration is publicly notified and anyone may object for 20 working days. That runs however clean the application is, so budget roughly four weeks for it.

Restart banking, insurance and funding

Banks, insurers and grant funders act on what the register says. None of them move until the restoration appears there, so this is the last step rather than something to arrange in parallel.
